Strategi Mengatasi Kegagalan Pengelolaan Stres Hidup

By working a man gets success. The achieving of the success in life is a joy in his life experience which is always remembered as a proudness. By enjoying the success he gets a love. Work and love become influential factors to mental health (Salvickas, 1991). Due to the disturbance or instability of the two factors the man faces a problem or a failure. How he changes his wrong ideas about work and love through his individual and social experience is a way to overcome the failure. The failure which is experienced by people becomes an exasperation in his life. Consequently, if the failure is not immediately overcome as well as possible it will cause him to get negative feeling such as; a mental fatigue, an enxiety, a restlessness or evenly a stress. Every human being faces problems; whether it is simple or hard, but the most important in the life is that how he faces and manages (overcome) it, so that he is able to retain his regidity while copying the problem. According to wise view and intelligent thinking a failure is not something negative. It is a must for people to treat failure to be a worthwhile lesson for his next effort.
