Culture can affect how someone behaves and acts. A good culture will results optimally, on the contrary a non conducive culture will never results optimally. In correlation with work safety, someone who is conditioned with a culture of discipline relatively will more has a certain attitude of obedient to the rule and etiquette wherever he is, and vice versa. On the other hand the factor of consciousness from someone in system is major determiner to achieve the successfulness in applying the management of safety and work health, and safety culture. Because of this reason, it is important to do an assessment about the application method of management system of safety and safety culture to the system for result as expected.
